ISO 20000

ISO/IEC 20000 – Service Management is the internationally recognized standard pertaining to IT service management and, up to this date, it represents an assurance of quality in the management of effective IT service delivery, fully in line with the needs of the business.

Such assurance can be achieved by implementing an IT Service Management System (ITSMS) based on the provisions set forth in Standard ISO/IEC 20000 and whose certification allows demonstrating that the services rendered comply with the best practices.

In this regard, Mxtel also endeavors to encourage SMEs to implement this Standard through the following initiatives:
