The Global Reporting Initiative

Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) is an organization that drives sustainability reporting by all organizations. Thanks to this initiative, we have prepared our sustainability report to measure and communicate our economic, environmental and social performance.

GRI produces a comprehensive Sustainability Reporting Framework that is widely used around the world. This Framework, which includes the Sustainability Reporting Guidelines, sets out the principles and indicators organizations can use to measure their performance. GRI is committed to continuously improving and encouraging the use of these Guidelines, which are freely available to the public.

GRI is a nonprofit organization with multiple interest groups. It was founded in the United States in 1997 by CERES and the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP). In 2002, GRI transferred its offices to Amsterdam, where its headquarters are currently located. GRI runs regional offices (“Focal Points”) in Australia, Brazil, China, India and the USA; it also has a network of 3,000+ persons worldwide.
We are currently in the preparation phase of our report, which will soon be published on line.
